尊敬的              老師：

世 界漢學研究會自2016年宣告成立以來，已有來自世界40多個國家和地區的漢學家、學者及作家加盟。為推 進漢學的深入發展，促進中國與東西方學界的團結與合作，世界漢學研究會舉辦「第七屆世 界漢學論壇」。素仰閣下於漢學研究造詣精深，特函請撥冗與會並發表關於〈                                      〉的報告。茲將初擬會議相關事宜奉聞如後，佇候賜覆（會議網站為http://china-studies.com）。請在線注冊(https://bit.ly/WACS_7  或者 http://shijiehanxue.mikecrm.com/q5o2DKx，註冊时间延至4月30日）參加 2023年於波兰波茲南、德國柏林和中國長沙同辦的第七屆世界漢學論壇。我們也計劃將所有論文在論文集上發表，最佳論文將在國際雜誌 上發表。

一、會議時間

會議定於2023年8月25-27日召開，8月24日晚上簽到，25-26日下午學術研討會，27日早晨去第二個會議地點（柏 林），27日下午學術研討 會、同時湖南師範大學國際分會，晚上閉幕，28-30日跟歐洲幾家大學和學術機構討論科研合作，31日離會（可以直接 從柏 林飛回國）。

會議演講者將獲得免費的會議袋和會議手册。

二、會議地點

波茲南密茨凱維奇大學是一所公立大學，1919年成立，目前是波蘭排第四的大學，同時也是波蘭最重要的研究性 大學，歐洲大學協會成員，其東亞學院有30多年的歷史。交通酒店(Traffic Hotel)位於Niezłomnych 1C, 61-894 Poznań, Poland, 電話+48 61 666 01 42離機場幾公里（打車不到70元人民幣）。德國柏林媒體設計學院在網絡游戲設計等專業方面排 名前列，它與湖南師範大學藝術學院有3+1的雙校學位項目。會議一般不提供接送服務，如有需要，務必提前 單獨與會務組商量。會務組會提供波茲南到柏林的班車票（大概90歐元）。

湖南師範大學（Hunan Normal University），位於中國湖南省長沙市岳麓區。

四、會議參與方式  

1、個人：在綫回執（https://bit.ly/WACS_7  或者 http://shijiehanxue.mikecrm.com/q5o2DKx ）。

2、小組：組織4-6人小組（含單元主題、簡短報告人、討論者和主持人），由小組代 表向籌委會申請。

3、分會： 由地域與專業分會會長組織申請，可含數個小組。

五、會議使用語言

會議使用中文與英文兩種語言，會務組同時配備“中←→英”同聲傳譯（待確認）。

六、 論文要求

1、申請參會者需提交規範的學術論文一篇，並就此作簡短口頭報 告。

2、參會申請表與演講題目、論文摘要（300個漢字，150英文詞）請於2023年4月30日前以電子文本的形式發送到會議學術委員會電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。

3、論 文請於2023年6月30日前發送到會議學術委員會電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。

4、論 文語言可以是中文（12000個漢字左右）或者英文（6000詞左右）。中文論文須符合規範要求，即請在論文 標題之下標明作者姓名及國別、供職單位；如有注釋請採用腳注形式，全文注釋每頁重新編號。 英文論文請按國際規範寫作。論文需要有理論基礎，表明研究方法，反映最新的文摘資料，要討 論性和批評性，不要只是描述性，要第一次發表。

5、所有與會者在大會發表論文；會後將擇優編輯出版論文集。

七、與會費用（注：請宣讲人及貴賓，如湖南师范大学的青年學者直接跟會務組聯繫，可減免全部費用）

1、會議收取會務費130歐元/人（會員95歐元/人），其餘會議期間的費用由主辦方承擔。交通費、住宿費自 理。2023年4月30日前預付至少300歐元相關費用（有發票），其涵盖：住宿費，單人 間每晚約95歐元，雙人房每人約75歐元，以及去柏林單程票90歐 元。參加線上會議的學者可以隨時更改為線 下參會，若需辦理簽證等相關手續，應提前告知會務組，以便留有充足的時間。

2、與會費用支付方式：預付款可以通過銀行匯款、 微信或支付寶的方式支付。如需使用大學公務卡，也可以先個人付錢，現場會務組退錢後再刷 卡。歐洲不接受銀聯卡（UnionPay）和大陸公務卡（因銀行技術問題）。

附1：格式 範例（简体字、正體字稿子都接受）

《漢學》期刊投稿文章格式詳述：

1. 字體和行距

文章標題中文應採用20號 加粗宋體，英文應採用20號Times New Roman加粗字體，中文英文標題分兩行寫出，並居中顯示，前後空一行；副標題中文應採用四號加粗宋體，英文應採用四號Times New Roman加粗字體，中文英文標題分兩行寫出，並 居中顯示，前後空一行；作者名字，所在大學，所在國家或地區這一資訊應採用五號宋體，並居中顯示。

文章摘要部分，“摘 要”二字應採用五號加粗宋體，左對齊，摘要內容應採用五號宋體，寫在“摘要：”二 字下一行，中文摘要需300字 左右。英文摘要中，“Abstract”這一單詞應採用五號Times New Roman加粗字體，左對齊，英文摘要內容應採用五號Times New Roman字體，寫在“Abstract:”下一行，英文摘要需250詞左右。

正文部分，一級標題應採用四號加粗宋體，二級標題應採用小四號 加粗宋體，上方空一行，三級標題應採用小四號宋體，其他正文內容中，中文應採用小四號宋 體，英文應採用小四號Times New Roman字體，首行縮進2字元，行距統一為：多倍行距1.2倍。 

註腳部分，中文應採用五號宋體，英文應採用五號Times New Roman字體。

文章應選用A5版面，頁邊距為上下左右各2cm。

2. 文中引文以及註腳

當正文中出現引文時，應單獨引用，採用五號楷體， 前後空出一段，每行縮進4字元。在引文最後應當用括弧標明作者名字，年份， 引用文章以及頁碼，不同項間用英文逗號以及英文空格銜接。

請將作者相關研究方向，聯繫方式，是否為基金專案 論文等資訊作為註腳於封面頁標明，如論文為基金專案下論文，請按照 “基金專 案：專案名稱或編號” 的格式在註 腳寫明，註腳部分只需要注明需要解釋的欄位，無需將參考文獻添加在註腳部分。

3.參 考文獻

“參考文獻”四字應另起一頁，採用四號宋體，左對 齊顯示，文獻按照英文首字母或拼音首字母排序，書籍以及期刊名應用斜體表示。參考文獻第一 行左對齊，第二行應首行凸排2字元。

引用文獻為書籍應採用的格式：

姓名 Pinyin, 姓名 Pinyin. 年份. 書籍名 [英文翻譯]. 出版地[英文翻譯]：出版社[英文翻譯].

一、 相同之處

（一）出身

薛寶釵出生貴族家庭， 是封建社會的上層階級。 薛 家是家資百萬、 巨富無比的皇商，“護官符” 上雲：“豐年好大雪（薛），珍珠如土金如 鐵！”。父親是事故圓滑、精通經營、學識淵博的商人，母親薛姨媽是京營節度使王子騰的妹 妹。 家裡開了幾家當鋪，金陵那邊有房子有地。

梅蘭妮的家庭情況，雖然書中並沒有直接提及，但能推測出梅蘭妮 的家庭也是相當富貴的。當斯嘉麗向阿希禮表白遭到拒絕之後，斯嘉麗賭氣嫁給了梅蘭妮的哥哥 查理斯。 斯嘉麗的父親吉羅德對這樁婚姻相當滿意。

吉羅德曾想過如果女兒嫁給這哥兒倆（塔爾頓家兄弟）中的一個， 這一來兩家莊園就可以並在一起了。（瑪格麗特·米切爾, 1999, 飄, 上海：譯林出版社）

吉羅德希望斯嘉麗嫁的人門當戶對，雖然斯嘉麗沒嫁給塔爾頓家兄 弟，但對查理斯相當滿意，只能說明查理斯也是貴族社會。無疑，玫蘭家境也是相當富貴的。

（二） 學識

薛寶釵天資聰穎，博學廣攬。她博學多才，琴棋書畫，人情世故樣 樣精通。她對醫學也有廣泛涉獵，就連 “雜學”也有所涉獵。當寶玉作詩時，她告訴寶玉 將“綠玉”改為“綠蠟”，並引經據典，告訴他改的理由。作畫時，她對於如何佈局、如何設景 等講得頭頭是道。 所以寶釵有“雅俗共賞的花王”、“師傅”、“通 人”的美名。吉羅德曾告訴斯嘉麗 “相似的人結婚才能幸福”。阿希禮和梅蘭妮是相似的人，他們有 共同的愛好：詩、書、油畫、音樂等。 阿希禮談到的東西，梅蘭妮都能說出自己的見解。 梅蘭妮才華橫溢，是阿希禮的精神支柱。

（三） 性格特徵

薛寶釵與梅蘭妮的性格不同，但也有一些相似之處。兩人雖未女 子，卻都很堅強、勇敢，且人緣好。薛寶釵堅強面對丈夫的失蹤，縱使很悲傷，也不表現出來， 還一直勸導他人。梅蘭妮在面對北方佬時的鎮靜自若，連斯嘉麗都不如。薛寶釵在賈府身受上層 人物（賈母，王夫人）、下層人物（僕人）和平輩人（史湘雲，岫煙）的喜歡，梅蘭妮也是如 此，受到瑞特、亞曆克斯、僕人等人的喜歡。

三、不同之處

（一） 外貌特徵

薛寶釵皮膚白皙，體態豐腴，常被比作“雍容華貴的牡丹花”和 “傾國傾城的楊貴妃”。

寶玉在旁看著雪白一段酥臂，不覺起了羡慕之心。（曹雪芹,高鶚，1994, 紅樓夢, 桂林：灕江出版社）

2.      Venue

The University of Poznań Mickiewicz is a public university founded in 1919 and is currently the fourth largest university in Poland, as well as the most important research university in Poland and a member of the European University Association. Traffic Hotel is located at Niezłomnych 1C, 61-894 Poznań, Poland, tel +48 61 666 01 42, a few kilometers from the airport (less than 10 EUR by taxi). The Berlin School of Media Design is ranked among the top schools for online game design and has a 3+1 dual degree program with the Hunan Normal University School of Art. The conference does not usually provide shuttle service, if necessary, you must discuss with the conference team individually in advance. The conference team will provide a shuttle ticket from Poznan to Berlin (approx. 90 EUR). Hunan Normal University is located in Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

6.      Contribution requirements

a.      Please register now or until April 30, 2023 the latest, online at http://bit.ly/WACS_7 OR http://shijiehanxue.mikecrm.com/q5o2DKx with a paper title and a 150 words abstract.

b.      Please decide if you contribute a paper, summed up in a short oral presentation.

c.      The abstracts received will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified. Please wait for the confir­ma­­tion before submitting your paper, booking hotels/flights or paying any conference fee.

d.      Please send a draft of the full paper (6,000 words in English or 12,000 characters in Chinese) until June 30, 2023 by email to the organizing committee (wacs@china-studies.com - no extension possible, papers not submitted after July 20 will be considered rejected).

e.      If you want to participate in the conference, please submit the online registration form to the con­fe­rence organizing committee or register online. The conference papers will be edited and published in a conference volume, and a selection of the Chinese papers will be published in journals too, e.g. in European Journal of Sinology, the European Journal of Chinese Studies or 汉学.

7.      Conference Attendance Fees             

a.        The conference fee is 130 €. If you are a keynote speaker, a lifetime member or a VIP (e.g. a participant from a hosting university), please check the VIP box or contact the conference committee to waive all fees.

b.        There is a fee for the cultural excursion/bus travel from Poznan to Berlin (90 € single fare). Please arrange international travel to Poznan (Poznan Airport) by yourself.

c.        Accommodation in Germany and Berlin, also for ac­com­panying family members, will be arranged by the conference orga­ni­zing team at conference rates (95 € each night, double rooms 150 € for two people or 75 € for each person). These prices include meals and beverages, a share of the conference room rent and printing costs of conference materials. Hotel prices are subject to adjustment, espe­cially for late bookers. Please note that all participants have to use provided accommodation, if you book any­thing by yourself, you still need to pay the hotel room provided to you by the organizers. In case of suffi­cient participants and funds, the organizers provide ca­tering, shuttle bus service and conference inter­pretation.

d.        A minimum non-refundable deposit of 300 Euros is needed for participants (including hotel costs), which have to be paid until July 15, 2023, either by credit card (+3.9% fee), Paypal (+5.5% fee), Wise (no fee) or by in­ter­national bank transfer (15 € fee). The early deposit is necessary to reserve the hotel rooms in time, late pay­ment may result in a more expensive room charge in the form of a general 100 € late payment fee. The de­posit will be used upon ac­com­mo­dation for 3-4 nights and other occuring costs.

e.        If you are a lifetime pa­tron member and want to use credit from your patron membership account, please indicate the amount (only conference fee can be deducted, other costs are third party costs actually occuring).

8.      Registration

Please register online until April  30, 2023 (or as soon as possible), together with a title of your paper, a 150-word abstract and a photo/copy of the photo page of the passport. After a qua­lity assurance process, the conference program and the list of participants will be finalized. Please sub­mit the the payment until July 15, 2023 and the paper for the conference booklet until June 30, 2023.
