算把所有论文在论文集上發表，最佳論文將在國際雜誌上發表。 一、會議時間 會議定於2022年8月12-14日召開，8月11日晚上簽到，12-13日下午學術
研討會，14日去第二個會議地點（柏
林），16日學術研討會及閉
幕，15-16日跟歐洲不同國家（荷兰、法国等）的漢學教授討論科研合作，17日離會（可以直接從柏
林飛回國）。 关于新
冠疫情期間的退費保證通知：受新冠疫情影響，
大量國際交流活動無法如期舉辦。鑑於此情，本協會在此保證，即便疫情持續肆虐，會議仍會通過在線的
方式繼續舉行。組委會提供的住宿可在2022年5月31日之前取消。會議
演講者將獲得免費的會議袋和會議手册，以及本次會議的贊助商網易公司所贈送的有道詞典筆（漢-英-漢互譯）。即使最終在萬不得已的情況下取消會議，這些材料和贈品也將得
以保留。 二、會議地點 德
國維藤大學（Witten/Herdecke

四、會議參與方式 1、個

...）。 2、小組：組織4-6人小組（含單元主題、簡短報告人、討論者和主持人），由小組代表向籌委
會申請。 3、分
會：
由地域與專業分會會長組織申請，可含數個小組。 五、會議使用語言 會議使用中文與英文兩種語言，會務組同時配備“中←→英”同聲傳譯（待確認）。 六、
論文要求 1、申請參會者需提交規範的學術論文一篇，並就此作簡短口頭報告。 2、參會申請表與演講題目、論文摘要（300個漢字，150英文詞）請於2022年3月31日前以電子文本的形式發送到會議學術委員會電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。 3、論文請於2022年5月31日前以電子文本的形式發送到會議學術委員會電子郵箱：wacs@china-studies.com。 4、論文語言可以是中文（12000個漢字左右）或者英文（6000詞左右）。中文論文須符合規範要求，即請在論文標題之下
標明作者姓名及國別、供職單位；如有注釋請採用腳注形式，全文注釋每頁重新編號。英文論文請按國際
規範寫作。論文需要有理論基礎，表明研究方法，反映最新的文摘資料，要討論性和批評性，不要只是描
述性，要第一次發表。 5、所有與會者在大會發表論文；會後將擇優編輯出版論文集。 七、與會費用（注：請貴賓和青年學者直接跟會務組聯繫，可減免部分費
用） 會議
收取會務費130歐元/人（會員95歐元/人），其餘會議期間的費用由主辦方承擔。交通費、
住宿費自理。2022年5月31日前預付住宿費，單人間每晚約95歐元，雙人房每人約75歐元，若參加5天需
要至少預付500歐元相關費用（有發票）。去柏林單程票90歐元
（若現場繳納住宿費，單人間每晚約120歐元，雙人房每人約90歐元，所以現場總共需要多繳納100多歐元相關費用，同時會務組也無法保證屆時還有剩餘房
間）。 與會
費用支付方式：預付款可以通過銀行匯款、微信或支付寶的方式支付。如需使用大學公務

Attendance Fees
If you are a
keynote speaker, please contact
the conference committee to
waive all fees. There is a fee for
the cultural excursion/bus travel
from
Witten to Berlin (90 € single
fare). Please arrange
international travel to
Witten (Duesseldorf Airport – NOT
Frankfurt Airpoirt) by yourself.
Accommodation
in Germany and Berlin, also for
accompanying family members,
will be arranged
by the conference organizing
team at conference discount rates
(95 € each
night, double rooms 150 € for two
people or 75 € for each person).
Hotel prices
are subject to adjustment,
especially for late bookers.
Please note that all
participants have to use provided
accommodation, if you book
anything by
yourself, you still need to pay
the hotel room provided to you by
the organizers.
In case of sufficient
participants and funds, the
organizers provide catering,
shuttle bus service and conference
interpretation. A minimum
non-refundable
deposit of 500 € for any
participation of at least 3 days
has to be paid by April
30, 2022, either by credit card
(+3.9% fee), Paypal (+5.5% fee) or
by international
bank transfer. The early deposit
is necessary to get the discounted
hotel
rates, late payment results in a
more expensive room charge in the
form of a
general 100 € late payment fee.
The deposit will be used upon
