Travel grants are awarded to students without an income. Doctoral candidates count as students for this purpose — provided they have no earnings. This rule has been applied unchanged for ten years.
旅费资助面向没有收入的学生。就此而言，博士候选人视同学生， 但前提是没有收入。此项规则十年来未曾更动。
A grant requires both of the following. Meeting one of them alone creates no entitlement.
1. Academic quality. The paper must reach the point threshold in the
threefold double-blind review.
2. No income. The applicant must be a student, doctoral candidates included,
without earnings.
资助须同时满足两项条件，仅满足其一并不构成请求权：一、论文须在 三重双盲评审中达到分数线；二、申请人须为没有收入的学生（含博士候选人）。
The decisive question is not the academic degree but the earnings. A scholarship that merely covers living costs does not count as an income. A salaried position does — regardless of how modest it is, and regardless of the quality of the paper.

决定性的不是学位，而是收入。仅维持基本生活的奖学金不计为收入；受薪职位则计为收入， 无论金额多么有限，也无论论文多么优秀。例如：博士候选人同时担任教学助理、助教或 ATER 并每月领取 约 1200 欧元者，不符合评定标准。
The amount is set by the Board for each conference and is paid at the registration desk against signature, on condition that the recipient attends in person. A grant that has been paid must be returned in full if the recipient does not attend.
金额由理事会逐届议定，于签到台凭签收领取，并以本人亲自出席为条件。已领取资助而未 出席者，须全额退还。
